Samuel Mattine is a fully accredited board-certified consultant surgeon with sub-specialist interest in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. Samuel was trained in a number of prestigious hospitals, both in the UK and France. He is one of the handful of surgeons in the UK to have uniquely achieved dual fellowship in Head & Neck Surgery as well as Craniofacial Surgery.
Samuel has developed an international reputation as an expert in facial surgery and often invited to deliver lectures, keynote talks and Masterclass symposiums at international meetings across the globe. He has pioneered many innovations in surgery, including a signature DESIGNER FACELIFT and is known for his flawless, yet naturally looking results.

Mr Mattine is the departmental Lead Clinician for Head and Neck Surgery for Worcestershire and Herefordshire. He offers state of the art treatment for Head & Neck pathology and cancer and is recognised as an expert in providing advanced facial reconstructive techniques including complex microvascular free tissue transfer. He is a core member of the specialist Head & Neck multidisciplinary team and has been instrumental in leading the development of Head & Neck Services and establishing the unit at the forefront of Head & Neck Surgery.
Most facial skin lesions such as lumps, lipomas, moles, cysts or skin tags are benign, however can be unsightly, painful or restrict movement. Others are cancerous and surgical excision remains the treatment of choice. Unlike other parts of the body, facial skin is
not as forgiving of scars and cosmesis remain an integral part of management. Mr Mattine is a member of the specialist multidisciplinary team managing skin cancer and with his extensive expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, he can offer you surgical excision of these lesions, tattoo removal or scar revision with safety and cosmesis as his top priority.
